Each scholarship is awarded for three calendar years that allow students to attend classes part-time from 2010-2012. Classes are held on Saturdays, from 10a.m. – 1pm with additional Saturday afternoon workshops and fieldtrips, which are mandatory. During the summer, scholars are enrolled in a more rigorous program which meets Monday through Friday, 9 am -4pm for 4 weeks in July.
